No walk-ins will be admitted on the day. On booking the tickets attendees accept and acknowledge the following conditions of entry:

• Filming disclaimer
Attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By entering the event site, you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Photos and videos
No media is permitted to take and use photos or videos from our events in the public media without written permission from the Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce. To request permission please email admin@herveybaychamber.com.au

• Prohibited items
For the comfort and safety of patrons and candidates, the following items are NOT permitted at the Meet the Candidates event without the express authorisation of Hervey Bay Chamber of Commerce.
a) camera tripods, monopods. telephoto camera lenses with a focal length capacity greater than 200mm.
b) musical instruments, whistles, loud hailers, amplification equipment.
c) unauthorised promotional, commercial, political, religious, or offensive items of whatever nature including clothing, banners, signs, symbols, leaflets, stickers or flyers.
d) any other dangerous item or good, substance, weapon, including knives.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
