By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
1. Eligibility
• All participants must hold a current and valid Equestrian Australia (EA) registration at the time of entry.
• Entries are open to vaulters of all levels and abilities.
2. Entries & Fees
• Individual entry fee: $50 per vaulter.
• Entries close once capacity is reached or by the advertised closing date.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds will only be issued in the event of event cancellation by REVA.
• No refunds will be provided for change of mind, non-attendance, or inability to participate.
4. Safety & Conduct
• Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Clothing must be safe, secure, and not restrict movement.
• Participants must follow the directions of REVA coaches at all times.
• REVA reserves the right to withdraw any participant who fails to comply with safety requirements.
5. Photography & Media
• By entering the event, participants and/or their guardians consent to the use of event photos and videos for REVA promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
6. Liability
• Participation in this event is at the entrant’s own risk.
• REVA, its staff, and volunteers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.
• All participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and capable of safely taking part.
• All participants must sign a 2026 Strides Property Waiver
7. Event Changes
• REVA reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event if required due to weather, technical, or safety concerns.
