1. A valid ticket must be presented for entry (printed or digital).
2. Concession and companion tickets must be supported by valid ID.
3. Tickets are non-refundable except if a performance is cancelled.
4. Exchanges may be offered up to 48 hours before the performance, subject to availability.
5. No exchanges after the performance has commenced.
6. Late arrivals may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
7. Photography, video, or audio recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.
8. Booking fees and transaction fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
