Participation & Health
By booking, the parent/guardian confirms the child is fit to participate and has disclosed any medical conditions, allergies or support needs. Activities involve hands-on building with basic tools and electronics under coach supervision.
Safety & Liability
Safety procedures are in place, however participation carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, ThinkerLab is not liable for accidental injury or loss unless caused by our negligence. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Coaches
All coaches hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Photography
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for program purposes. To opt out simply let us know before the session.
Refunds
Full refund if ThinkerLab cancels. Participant cancellations require 72 hours notice.
