To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you respect and agree to the following expectations and guidelines:
• Sign in and out through the Seaford Recreation Centre front entrance.
• Pre-purchased tickets must be presented for entry.
• Keep to set viewing areas designated for spectators.
• Always respect school staff and processes and adhere to any directions from staff members.
• Teachers have duty of care for students during school hours - please respect their decisions with managing student movement and behaviours.
• Visitors are not to be interacting directly with students - cheering is encouraged.
• No photography is permitted on the day to uphold child protection laws.
• No pets, alcohol, or prohibited items.
• Please do not deliver outside fast food to students (this causes angst amongst the student group).
• Appropriate dress is required.
• No profanity or abusive behaviour – we aim to create a positive, inclusive environment for everyone.
• Do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
• If students sign out, they will not be permitted re-entry.
• The school has the right to refuse entry to patrons if deemed necessary.
We ask that you join us in cheering, supporting, and demonstrating excellent sportsmanship throughout the day. Our Sports Day is built on inclusion and enjoyment, and we appreciate your cooperation in making it a positive event for all. The school reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if there is any anti-social behaviour or a breach of the Department for Education policies and procedures.
