Ticket Purpose
Tickets are required for catering and attendance tracking purposes only. This is a community celebration event.

Ticket Sales Close
Ticket sales close on 18 March. Final catering numbers will be confirmed with the caterer on 20 March, and no additional tickets can be issued after this date.

Refund Policy
As catering numbers are finalised in advance, refunds are not available after 18 March.
Refund requests prior to this date may be considered at the discretion of the event organisers.

Weather
This is an outdoor community event. In the case of adverse weather, activities may be modified (including the slip and slide). The event will proceed unless otherwise advised.

Food & Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be submitted at the time of booking. Late changes may not be accommodated once final numbers are provided to the caterer.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
The bar will operate under Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Valid ID may be required. The organisers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

Supervision of Children
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times, particularly during activities such as the slip and slide.

Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for club promotional purposes. Please notify organisers on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
