Event Conduct
The UDIA is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable environment at our events for all staff, sponsors, members and guests. Those who act in an inappropriate or unbecoming manner may be refused entry or ejected. The UDIA also reserves the right to ban a member or guest from attending future events.

By registering for this UDIA SA event you acknowledge that you will adhere to the following during the event:
o Treat all staff and other guests with respect
o Enjoy the event free from disruptive behaviour (including abusive language)
o Not engage in any discrimination, harassment or abuse of any kind

Photography/Videography consent
By registering for this UDIA SA event you accept the possibility that your photograph may be taken and/or you may be recorded. These images or recordings may be used or shared by the UDIA for promotional and educational purposes.

If you do not wish to have your photo taken please contact events@udiasa.com.au


Payment / Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing/email by no later than COB Monday 23 March or payment will be forfeited. If you are eligible for a reimbursement, the credit card fee charge will not be reimbursed. If the registered participant is unable to attend the event you are encouraged to send a substitute.

Delegate list
The UDIA does get requests from sponsors for an attendee list. Please advise events@udiasa.com.au if you do not wish us to include your name and company on this list.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
