Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your personalised planning meeting, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another family and ensure all students receive timely support.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated directly to your child’s Learning Support Case Manager or LE Department Administrator by phone or email.

Short-Notice Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require you to change your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact Learning Support Case Manager or LE Department Administrator as soon as possible. We understand emergencies occur and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Failure to Attend: If you do not attend your scheduled meeting without prior notice, we will follow up to arrange a new time. Repeated missed appointments may result in limited future booking options.

School-Initiated Changes: In rare cases where the school must reschedule your appointment due to staffing or unforeseen events, you will be contacted promptly to select a new meeting time that suits your family.
