Class Booking Terms & Conditions
By registering for this class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment:
Full payment will be deducted from your product account via your SDP at the time of booking to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the class date.
Cancellations made 4–6 days prior to the class date will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the class date, including no‑shows, are non‑refundable (100% fee).
Bookings are non-transferable. Please contact your SDP regarding any amendment requests.
Class Changes:
The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the class if necessary.
If the class is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Participant Requirements:
Attendees must arrive on time and be prepared to participate hands-on.
Participants are responsible for their models unless instructed otherwise by the organizer before class.
Any specific tools, materials, or prerequisites will be communicated prior to the class by AVEDA Education.
Liability:
The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to class cancellation or changes.
Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
