Event organiser terms and conditions

Class important information:
Our classes are demonstration-style, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions, interact with the pitmaster, and receive personalised guidance and feedback throughout the session. Unless otherwise specified, all classes are demonstrations only. On special occasions, we may host hands-on classes where guests can take part in the cooking process—these will be clearly noted in the event description.

Refunds/ cancellations policy:
All BBQ class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we offer the following options:

Ticket Transfer:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To arrange a transfer, please email us at least 2 days before the class date, and we will confirm the change.

Rescheduling:
If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule your class up to 7 days before the scheduled date. We will rebook you for a future class within 3 months of the original date, with a maximum of one rebooking allowed.

Photography, Videography & Media Consent
Photos and videos taken during the class may be published on our website, social media channels, or other promotional materials. By attending, you consent to images, footage, and/or audio recordings of you being used for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, printed materials, email newsletters, and online publications. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, videos, or recordings, please advise the event organiser by contact via email.
