Disclaimer: All information collected by The Netball Crew is solely for the purpose of providing better and more efficient services to our current members and prospective participants to keep them informed of The Netball Crew's activities. Typically, we will obtain personal information for you including contact details and may include sensitive corporate information that is necessary for the delivery of services to you. When registering your interest with The Netball Crew, you hereby acknowledge that The Netball Crew may use your personal or contact information for the above purposes. The collection of personal information is strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act. In the event that you no longer wish to receive ongoing communications, all correspondence will contain an option for you to unsubscribe.

Medical Conditions: Any medical condition that requires the management of an individual has been disclosed to The Netball Crew as part of the Try Booking registration process. Any undisclosed condition will result in the participant being removed from the program until such a time that condition/s have been explained and a management plan is in place. Any change to a disclosed medical condition including severity and/or treatment between the time of registration and the time of the event will need to be disclosed on the day of the event.

First Aid Administration: I hereby authorise the staff of THE Netball Crew during the period of the activity to administer first aid and/or organise medical/hospital treatment as they see necessary, at my expense. Appropriate records of injuries sustained whilst at The Netball Crew events will be completed and filed. In an instance where further medical or hospital treatment is deemed necessary, the emergency contact will be called to notify of the injury/illness to the participant.

Clothing Attire: All participants must wear comfortable clothing appropriate for Netball training activities, this includes supportive footwear. Participants should also be prepared for any change in temperature.

Payment Methods: Upfront payment for each day/session is required prior to the commencement of the activity being offered.

Unavailability of Facility or Services: As a requirement of enrolment, The Netball Crew attendees/parents/guardians accept that a particular facility or service within the location/premises may be unavailable at any particular time due to a prior booking, mechanical breakdown, fire, act of God, condemnation, and loss of lease, catastrophe or any other reason. Furthermore, attendees/parents/guardians agree not to hold the location/venue responsible or liable for such occurrences.

Privacy Policy: The Netball Crew respects the privacy of all individuals we deal with. In our handling of personally identifiable information about individuals, we comply with the National Privacy Principles standards.

Refund Policy: Our Refund policy as follows:
Refund and Cancellation Policy - Purchases:
If cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to the event, then your money with be refunded less a $30 administration fee
If cancellation is made within 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund, less a $30 administration fee
In the case of cancellations 24 hours or later, no refund will be given

Injury and Illness Policy - In the event of injury or illness, your money will be refunded less a $30 administration fee on presentation of a valid medical certificate within 48hrs of the date of the event

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
