CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

- Strictly over 18’s – No photo ID, No entry
- Dress code STRICKLY Black Tie & Formal Wear or themed costume
- No glass (permission to check vehicles & eskies) Glass WILL BE confiscated.
- No private fires, fireworks or flame throwers (fire drums will be provided in the Ball for warmth)
- STRICTLY NO FOOD DYE, attendees will be searched for food dye upon entry to venue. If found with food dye the attendee will be refused entry.
- No couches are permitted.
- TO ENTER THE ARENA COMPETITIONS, YOU MUST PURCHASE A BALL TICKET
- No animals & pets are permitted.
- NO SLEEPING is permitted in front of, under or behind vehicles: Only camping in, on or to the side of the vehicles.
- 10km/h SPEED LIMIT inside carpark
- Vehicles once parked CANNOT BE STARTED before leaving on Sunday morning (except for entering and exiting the Arena comps or with the express permission by the BNS Committee)
- Circle work, Barrel Racing and 4x4 Tug of War is ONLY PERMITTED by registered competitors and ONLY IN THE PURPOSE-BUILT ARENA during designated times. All other times it is STRICKLY PROHIBITED and will result in your immediate eviction from the event.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol laws will be strictly adhered to, and a CAN for CAN rule will apply.
- The Yakka Wakkas Committee hold no responsibility or liability for death, injury to persons or loss or damage to personal property.
- People attend at their own risk & the committee has the right to refuse entry.
- Security, Police & First Aid will be on site to provide their services.
- Privacy Note: Please be aware that photography & film taken throughout the event may be used for promotional purposes.
- You agree to accept the Yakka Wakkas Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, the Competition Arena Events - Entry Waiver Form.
- Any breaches may result in confiscation of keys, fines and/or removal from this event.
- Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled. Refund will ticket price less 10% required for administration & credit card fees.
