By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. The Emergency Services Committee does not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee. Please notify the Erin Campbell (Erin.Campbell@wdhs.net) in advance if you wish to transfer your ticket.

Event Changes
In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling, the Emergency Services Committee will communicate any changes as early as possible and advise of available options.

Eligibility
Some events may have pricing tiers for members, partners, and non-members. Ticket holders are responsible for purchasing under the correct category.

Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in line with the values of each of the represented Emergency Service organisations. The Emergency Services Committee reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
