In purchasing a ticket to the course you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Health & Safety
I declare that I am not aware of any condition that would prevent me from safely participating in this course. I agree to notify the course organiser if my health changes in any way of if I am pregnant at the time of attending the course as specific precautions will apply and medical clearance may be required to participate in the practical components. I am aware that I must report any pain or discomfort experienced during the course immediately and can opt in or out of any practical sessions as needed.

Confidentiality
I agree to respect professional and personal information that is disclosed on the course and respect confidentiality for all participants.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
I agree to full payment of the course fee to secure my space on the course.

I understand that if I cancel
- with 6 weeks notice or more prior to the course that I will receive an $850 refund of the course fee.
- with 4 weeks or less notice prior to the course I will receive a $475 refund of the course fee.
- with 2 weeks or less notice will forfeit the full course fee.

I understand that a minimum number of participants is required for the course to go ahead and that I will be notified as soon as this number has been reached. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, I will receive a full refund within 10 days following the course date.

I acknowledge that if the Instructor is unable to teach due to family crisis, disabling accident, environmental disaster or illness that I will receive a full refund of the course fee.

Indemnity

I agree to accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or any injury that may be sustained while taking part in these classes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
