WhisKHA Days Ticket Purchase – Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a WhisKHA Days ticket, the participant and/or their authorised representative agrees to the following:
Service Delivery
• Participation is subject to a signed Service Agreement where required.
• The Y will deliver supports respectfully, safely, and in line with relevant legislation and NDIS requirements.
• Staff may be substituted where needed; if a suitable replacement cannot be found, services may be cancelled for safety reasons.
Participant Responsibilities
• Accurate and current information must be provided at all times.
• Participants and representatives must treat staff and others with respect.
• The Y must be notified promptly of changes to NDIS plans, funding, or billing arrangements.
Payments and Fees
• A non-refundable outlined fee is required at time of booking for selected days to cover out of pocket camp costs not covered by NDIS funding.
• This fee will only be refunded if the Y cancel a programme and cannot find a suitable replacement for you.
• Fees will be charged for supports delivered or scheduled.
• Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
• Late or non-notified cancellations may be charged in full.
• Non-refundable costs (including staffing, or activities) will be charged if incurred.
Transport
• Transport may be charged in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
• Where not included in an NDIS plan or Service Agreement, transport costs will be invoiced separately.
Changes and Termination
• Services, pricing, or terms may change to align with NDIS or legislative updates.
• Either party may end the Service Agreement with notice; notice may be waived where safety, funding, or compliance issues arise.
Emergencies
• The Y will make reasonable efforts to support participants during emergencies or disruptions.
Feedback and Complaints
• Feedback and complaints can be raised with staff or escalated to management or relevant external bodies.
Acknowledgement
• Purchase of a ticket confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and relevant Y policies.
PRIVACY STATEMENT- The information that is being collected on this document is for the purposes of processing your membership or enrolment and financial institution payments if applicable. The YMCA, its authorised staff, volunteers, and contracted service providers such as third party service providers, financial institutions, and Government agencies, may be recipients of this information. By joining or enrolling in a program at the local Centre you have also become a member of the YMCA. You will receive communications from the YMCA from time to time to update you on items relating to your membership and to market other services which are available to you at the YMCA. The YMCA uses a range of mediums to communicate with its members including, but not exclusive to, direct mail, email, SMS and telephone. If sent by mail, communications are taken to be received on the day that they would be received in the ordinary course of post. If you do not wish to have your information contained in this document used or disclosed for this purpose the YMCA may be unable to process your membership or enrolment. The YMCA Privacy Policy sets out further information in relation to privacy, including how you may access and seek correction of your personal information, make a complaint about how the YMCA has treated your personal information and how the YMCA will respond to such a complaint.
