1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission. Please have the QR code open on your phone ready to scan, or print out a paper version.
2. Tickets are not numbered and seats are secured on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
3. Doors open 45 minutes before the event.
4. Latecomers may have to wait to be seated.
5. We respectfully request patrons keep noise and disturbances to a minimum during the performance. Any persons who are noisy, threatening or unruly may be asked to leave the premises. The Event Organiser also reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. Patrons agree to take on the responsibility for any children accompanying them to the event.
7. Patrons are not permitted to take photos or videos before or during the event.
8. The Event Organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
9. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
10. All other refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser including for confirmed illnesses.
11. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of
Information Act.
12. Programmes and raffle tickets are available for purchase at the door and during the interval.
13. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available at the interval for a gold coin donation.
14. The auditorium can be cold at times, so we advise bringing something warm to put on.
15. Parking can be limited at the venue. Please allow sufficient time to find parking.
