1. Ticketing & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the venue.

Tickets are transferable to another guest with prior notice to the venue (minimum 24 hours).

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photo ID must be presented upon request.

“Unlimited” or “bottomless” mimosas are available for the duration of the brunch service only.

Service of alcohol is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol laws. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be asked to leave.

The venue reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

3. Brunch Service

Brunch service commences at the advertised start time and concludes prior to bus departure.

Late arrivals will not receive extended service time.

Dietary requirements must be advised at least 5 days prior to the event.

4. Bus Transport

Return bus transport is included in the ticket price.

The bus will depart promptly at the advertised departure time. Late guests may forfeit their seat and will need to arrange their own transport.

Guests must return on the allocated bus at the scheduled return time.

The venue accepts no responsibility for guests who choose not to return on the provided transport.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other patrons, and bus operators.

Any damage to the bus, venue, or property caused by a guest may result in charges for repair or replacement.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

6. Race Entry

Entry to the racecourse is not included. Guests are responsible for complying with racecourse dress codes and policies.

7. Liability

Guests attend at their own risk.

The venue is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event or transport.

8. Event Changes

The venue reserves the right to amend event details if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
