1. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Spaces are limited to ensure a safe, supportive, and well held group environment.

2. Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to credit.

Due to limited spaces, once a place is booked it is held exclusively for your child. This ensures fairness to families who may have missed out on securing a position.

Exception: If I need to cancel a planned session, a full refund will be issued for that session.

3. Missed Sessions

If your child is unable to attend due to illness or personal circumstances, refunds or credits cannot be issued.

4. Group Environment & Behaviour

These circles are designed to be safe, respectful spaces. All participants are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and consideration toward others.

If a participant’s behaviour is consistently disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the wellbeing of the group, I reserve the right to contact parents/guardians and, if necessary, remove the participant from the session. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

5. Confidentiality

Participants are encouraged to share openly; however, respect for privacy is essential. What is shared within the circle should remain confidential among participants.

While every effort is made to maintain a safe and respectful environment, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.

If a participant discloses information that indicates a risk of harm to themselves or others, or a high-risk situation, I reserve the right to inform a parent/guardian or appropriate support service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the child.

6. Photo & Media Consent

From time to time, photos may be taken during sessions for promotional or social media purposes. No child will be identified by full name.

Written parental consent will be obtained prior to any photo or media use. Parents may opt out of media consent at any time by providing written notice.

7. Nature of the Group

These gatherings focus on creativity, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. They are not therapy sessions, counselling services, or predictive spiritual services.

8. Professional Disclaimer

I am not a medical or mental health professional. These groups are based on my personal experience, facilitation work, and holistic studies undertaken. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If your child requires clinical support, please seek guidance from a qualified health professional.

9. Parental Consent

A parent or guardian must provide consent for participation prior to attendance.
