2026 GPS GOLD CHALLENGE RELEASE FORM GPS Gold Challenge Incorporated RELEASE OF COMMITTEE AND OTHERS FROM CLAIMS
1. I wish to participate in this year’s GPS Gold Challenge - the Challenge
2. In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the Challenge I agree that I will not make any claims for any loss of any kind, which I might suffer at or in connection with my participation in the Challenge.
3. This agreement is for the benefit of everyone involved in the organisation of the Challenge and the provision of any premises or facilities in connection with the Challenge including but not limited to GPS Gold Challenge Incorporated, to the committee organising the Challenge, Redkite, officials involved in any event and anyone who is responsible for the premises and equipment used in the Challenge.
4. This agreement will apply not only to me but also to anyone claiming through me or on my behalf.
5. I understand that the Challenge is being organised on a voluntary not for profit basis and I agree that I cannot make a claim even if someone who has the benefit of this agreement has been negligent in any degree.
6. I indemnify and agree to keep indemnified everyone whom this release benefits from any claims for any loss of any kind which I or any person attending the Challenge in connection with my participation in the Challenge might suffer at or in connection with my participation in the event.
7. The organisers of the Challenge including GPS Gold Challenge Incorporated, the committee, Redkite and any officials are authorised to provide or arrange the provision of any medical, pharmaceutical, hospital or other treatment including preventative treatment which they at their discretion consider necessary in the event of any actual or threatened injury, accident or illness to which I may be subject at or in connection with the Challenge.
8. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that I do not undertake any activity for which I am not sufficiently fit or otherwise prepared. I consent to the use of my image and identity in any material published in any media by or behalf of the committee in relation to the event.
9. I agree that I will be bound by the rules applying to the Challenge and each event in the Challenge and to abide by any decisions made by the committee or any officials with regard to any such matter.
10. I have read and understood this release and sign it free of any undue influence or duress.
