Jim Jam Music School Holiday Camp – Terms and Conditions
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place in the camp.
Bookings are non-transferable between different camp dates or programs unless agreed in writing by Jim Jam Music.
Cancellations & Credits
No refunds will be issued once a booking is made.
If you need to cancel, a credit for the full amount paid will be offered if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the camp start time.
No credits or refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the camp begins or for missed sessions.
Camp Participation
Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian each day.
Please ensure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly at the end of each day.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to camp.
Children who are unwell should not attend. If your child becomes unwell during camp, you will be contacted to collect them.
Behaviour
Jim Jam Music reserves the right to remove any child from the camp if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds or credits will be provided in this case.
Media Consent
Photos or videos may be taken during camp for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to your child being included.
