Booking & Payments

Full payment is required to secure your spot.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Minimum Numbers

Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants to run.

If minimum numbers are not met, the event may be:

Rescheduled, or

Converted into a credit for a future workshop.

Refund Policy

No refunds for change of mind or non-attendance.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend (please notify us prior to the event).

In the rare case the host cancels, a full refund or credit will be offered.

Cancellations

48+ hours notice: credit transfer available.

Less than 48 hours: no refunds or credits (due to preparation costs).

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss instructions and time cannot be extended.

BYO Policy (if applicable)

Some venues are BYO. Guests are responsible for complying with venue rules.

Alcohol is optional and not supplied unless stated.

Age Requirements

Adult workshops: 18+ unless otherwise specified.

Kids sessions must be supervised if required.

Photos & Media

Photos may be taken during workshops for social media promotion.

Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.

Liability

All materials are provided. Participants attend at their own risk.

We are not responsible for personal belongings.
