2) Eligibility to Attend
Attendees must be current eligible students of the College or an approved partner guest.
Partner attendance is subject to the Partner Attendance requirements.
3) Tickets & Refunds

Refunds are available up to and including 8 June via the booking system; after this date, tickets are non‑refundable.
Tickets are not transferable without prior written approval from the College.
4) Attendance & Entry
Photo ID may be requested upon entry.
Entry is a condition of agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and the Student Responsibility Agreement.
The College reserves the right to decline entry or request departure where expectations are not met.
5) Conduct Expectations (College Event Standards)
This is a College event; behaviour must align with College values and policies at all times.
Students and partners must act respectfully towards peers, staff, venue personnel, and property.
Attendees must follow all reasonable directions from staff and venue personnel.
No intimidating, unsafe, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour.
6) Prohibited Substances & Items
Strictly no alcohol, illegal drugs, vapes, or smoking at any time before, during or after the event while under the College’s duty of care (including arrival and departure).
Attendees must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7) Consent & Student Responsibility Agreement
Families provide consent as part of ticketing/attendance and complete the Student Responsibility Agreement, which outlines respectful conduct, adherence to staff and venue directions, and safety requirements.
Our response to concerns is restorative in intent - centred on understanding and accountability.
8) Partner Attendance Requirements
Partner spaces are limited and subject to College approval.
Partners must complete the Partner Information Form, sent two weeks prior to the event; attendance is only confirmed once the form is approved.
The form requires photo identification and emergency contact details to be uploaded by the deadline.
Partners are expected to meet the same standards as students. Approval may be withdrawn if concerns arise.
9) Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Attendees must disclose any relevant medical or accessibility needs via the booking system or directly to the College in advance so appropriate supports can be arranged.
If a student or partner becomes unwell or distressed, staff will prioritise safety, notify caregivers as needed, and may arrange early collection.
10) Seating & Program
Any requests for changes to seating arrangements will need to be emailed to events@sc.sa.edu.au.
The event includes a two‑course set‑menu dinner, a four‑hour soft drink and juice package, and a DJ.

If you have specific privacy considerations, please contact the College in advance.
