Fundraising Gala – Terms & Conditions
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable if you are unable to attend. The original ticket holder must notify the organiser of any transfer prior to the event. Tickets must not be resold for profit.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, entertainment, or venue arrangements where necessary. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, ticket holders will be notified and options will be communicated.
Guests are expected to adhere to the stated dress code and behave respectfully. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
Photography and videography will take place during the event. By attending, you consent to images being used for promotional purposes unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
Dietary requirements must be submitted by the RSVP date. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, allergens cannot be guaranteed.
All raffle tickets, auction bids, donations, and fundraising purchases made on the night are final and non-refundable. Alcohol will be served in accordance with responsible service laws and only to guests aged 18 years and over.
