By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time.

Refund requests made more than 48 hours prior to the event may be considered at the organiser’s discretion.

Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice, provided the replacement guest fits the relevant age group.

2. Age Groups & Matching

This event is designed around specific age ranges to help create the best experience for all guests.

We will do our best to keep participants within their selected age group and to balance numbers across genders.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are honest and accurate about your age and selected age range.

The organiser is not responsible for guests who provide incorrect or misleading information about their age.

3. Balancing Numbers

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we may move guests into the next most suitable age range if required for number balancing.

If we are unable to balance numbers, the event format may be adjusted (for example, slightly different round numbers).

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

This is an 18+ event.

Our venue practices Responsible Service of Alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

5. Behaviour & Safety

This is a respectful, social event. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

The organiser reserves the right to remove any guest without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

6. Privacy

Guest information is collected for event management purposes only.

Contact details will not be shared with other attendees without express permission from mutual matches.
