These Event Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your registration for RSL LifeCare Limited’s (RSL LifeCare) Veteran Services Golf Day (Event).

1) The Event is a fundraising charity golf day which will be held on 14 April 2026 at Cromer Golf Course (Venue).

2) The Event is a fundraiser for the event organiser, RSL LifeCare which is a charity which supports veterans and their families, and funds raised will be applied across RSL LifeCare’s Veteran Services initiatives.

3) Entry is via registration (buying a ticket or sponsoring a hole) and will only occur once RSL LifeCare has received payment of an entry fee, which will be requested at the time of registration. An electronic confirmation of your registration and payment of the Event entry fee is your proof of purchase and is required for entry into the Event.

4) Registration is non-transferrable except with the consent of RSL LifeCare.

5) Please choose carefully when registering for the Event and ensure you enter details accurately as, subject to clause 7, there are no refunds once registration has occurred.

6) The Event is being held at Cromer Golf Course which may become unavailable for the Event.  If the Event is cancelled, you will be notified of the cancellation of the Event and you will be entitled, at your option to:
a) transfer your booking to a newly agreed date nominated by RSL LifeCare; or 
b) a refund of the ticket price only (TryBooking’s booking fee is non-refundable); or  
c) waive your right to a refund and donate the value of your ticket purchase to RSL LifeCare for use in RSL LifeCare’s Veteran Services initiatives.

7) RSL LifeCare reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, and you agree to abide by the rules of the Venue concerning all activities, including but not limited to smoking, noise and alcohol. Failure to comply with the rules of the Venue may result in you being asked to leave the Venue and you will not be entitled to any refund.

8)  Responsible service of alcohol rules will apply and any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the Venue and you will not be entitled to any refund.

9) This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

10) As RSL LifeCare is hosting this Event, RSL LifeCare Limited is responsible for all issues relating to registration for the Event. If you have any questions regarding this Event, please contact RSL LifeCare Limited.

11) Proof of age or concession card may be requested at any time during the Event.

12) Risk. You acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property damage. Attendees voluntarily participate in the Event at their own risk and agree to release RSL LifeCare and its personnel from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained. To the extent that it is permitted to do so by law, RSL LifeCare (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of entry into or participation in the Event.

13) You acknowledge that in the course of the Event, photographs, film and audio recordings (Content) may be taken of you.  You consent to RSL LifeCare using your name, likeness, image and or voice in the Content for the purpose of promoting our events and services and agree that no remuneration is payable for such use.  RSL LifeCare has all rights to the Content and you agree to assign the Content containing images, film or audio of you to RSL LifeCare to be published, used or kept in any way for any purpose and may be provided to third parties for use in connection with RSL LifeCare. You can tell us if you wish to not appear in any promotional material.

14) Your personal information collected for this ticket and at the Event will be held in accordance with RSL Life Care’s Privacy Policy (available at https://rsllifecare.org.au/about-us/privacy/ ) and may be used to provide updates and information in relation to further fundraising activities of RSL LifeCare.  You can opt out of any such use of your details at any time by sending an email to privacy@rsllifecare.org.au.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
