Pickup Times
Final pickup times will be confirmed by email the day before the event. Please check the email address used to purchase your tickets.

Passenger Conduct
Drivers reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a potential risk to others, including the driver.
If a passenger becomes aggressive during transit, the driver may request the individual to exit the vehicle or terminate the service immediately. Police assistance may be sought if necessary.

Food and Drinks
Food and drinks are permitted on board. Please use the provided garbage bin to keep the vehicle clean.
A $50 cleaning fee will apply for any excessive soiling of the vehicle.

Personal Belongings
Diggers Shuttle is not liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Passengers are encouraged to monitor their items at all times.

Minimum Passenger Requirement
A minimum of 10 tickets must be sold for the service to proceed.
If this minimum is not met, all ticket purchases will be fully refunded.
