1. Any damage or loss of any exhibit howsoever and whenever whilst in transit, in storage or otherwise shall be the sole responsibility of the artist exhibitor. The Committee will take every care of exhibits but does not accept any responsibility for any such damage or loss and advises artist exhibitors to insure against damage or loss.
2. A red dot will be placed on the item if it is sold.
3. The artist exhibitor must collect any unsold exhibits after the close of the exhibition, on Monday 2nd November between 2pm and 6.00pm at the latest, as no storage facilities are available after this time.
4. If the artwork is to be collected by someone other than the artist please ensure they have the receipt which was issued on delivery of the artwork to the Flinders Hall.
5. Payments for sold works exhibited in the Flinders Community Art Show will be made to the artist by the Flinders Art Show Inc via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). The sale proceeds, minus the commission of 25% (inclusive of GST), plus any award prize money, will be paid within 14 business days of the close of the show.
