Terms & Conditions
Payment of class is confirmation of your place(s) in the class. Minimum numbers apply for each class.
By purchasing a class you agree to our terms and conditions policy.

Payment
All classes booked online require full payment to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
All classes require a minimum number of students to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled or deferred to a later date, and you will be informed no later than 48HRS prior to the course commencing via either text message or email.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
• A refund can be requested 30 days before class starts. Free of charge.
No changes or refunds will be allowed after these times. We cannot accept responsibility for students change in personal circumstances or sickness.
Publication:
Sweetpea Custom Cakes reserves the right to use any photographic image or film recordings of any workshop for promotional and/or commercial purposes which may include (but not limited to) publishing on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish to have images taken, please inform us as soon as possible.
Allergens
• Class products (baked or otherwise) may contain any or all the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, artificial colours and artificial flavours. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

It is possible that cakes, decorations, fondant and other items baked or otherwise may come into contact with nuts, soy, dairy, gluten, eggs, artificial colours and flavours and other items that cause allergic reactions. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
You agree to advise those who are consuming the products/cakes or anyone else who may come into contact with our products of this possibility and to indemnify us absolutely for any allergic reactions that may occur.

Waiver & Release of Liability:
By making payment, you understand and acknowledge that any cupcake/cake decorating workshop has risks, dangers and hazards which may result in injury or illness. These risks or dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, property owners, participants, accidents, and forces of nature or other causes.
By yours/employees’ participation in these activities you hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners or by any other person. You voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Sweetpea Custom Cakes and its agents, and employees from any and all
claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise
which may arise out of your participation in Sweetpea Custom Cakes activities.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
