Dinner Dance Event – Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

All tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organiser.

Admission is granted upon presentation of a valid ticket or confirmation.

The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.

2. Seating & Tables

Seating arrangements may be assigned or reserved in advance.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust table assignments if necessary.

Group seating requests must be made prior to the stated deadline and cannot be guaranteed after that date.

3. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to modify the event program, menu, entertainment, or schedule due to circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered guests will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase.

4. Food & Beverage

Menu selections must be submitted by the specified deadline, if applicable.

The organiser must be notified in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorised.

5. Liability

Guests attend at their own risk.

The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Guests may be photographed or recorded during the event; attendance constitutes consent for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.

General Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the event.

Cancellation requests made prior to the stated deadline may be eligible for a partial refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

If the event is canceled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

Refund processing times may take up to [7 business days].
