1. We are unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes. This ensures Young Engineers can maintain a stable learning environment for all students with minimum class disruptions.
2. Term fees are paid in advance.
3. Class fees, times, duration & locations are subject to change.
4. Student’s medical condition disclosure is mandatory. Please specify the level of care required for medical conditions, such as Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Allergies, Epilepsy, etc. Some students with medical condition may require carer/parent to be present in the class. It’s the responsibility of the Parent/ Carer to provide us with the Emergency Response Plan of the student with any medical conditions.
5. We reserve our right to terminate any enrolment forthwith in case the student is found to be misbehaving, distracting other students or otherwise hampering the study of other students.
6. The first emergency contact number should be easily accessible during class time in case of any emergency.
7. Cancellation 14 days or more before the start of Term week 1 workshop: Enrolment fee less $25 (administrative fee) will be refunded. Cancellation 13 days or fewer before the start of Term week 1 workshop: No refund will be provided.
8. If the enrolled child attends After School Care on the day of our class, the parents need to provide appropriate authority to After School Care related to this enrolment.
9. In case a student is enrolled after the commencement of the classes, we shall refund pro-rata fee for missed classes.
10. 5% referral discount will be paid separately upon referring enrolment of a new student which has completed the workshop.
11. Please also verify that the email address and contact number that you entered are correct and are free from any error because the data you fill in will be used for all future communication purposes. All communications related to this enrolment will be sent to you to through the email address provided by you.
12. We request parents/ carers to communicate with us by email @ infohills@young-engineers.com.au unless the circumstances demand otherwise.
