Ticket Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking with us. Please take a moment to check your event date, time, venue and ticket selection before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Please choose carefully, as tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or changes in personal circumstances.

This includes situations where you are no longer able to attend due to personal commitments, illness, work, travel arrangements or other changes to your plans.

When you purchase a ticket, your place or allocated seat is reserved and may no longer be available for another customer to purchase. For this reason, being unable to attend does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member, unless otherwise stated for a particular event.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed, we will contact ticket holders with information about the options available.

Any refunds or other remedies required under Australian Consumer Law will, of course, be honoured.

Event Changes

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require reasonable changes to performance times, supporting artists, musicians, running orders or other event details.

Minor changes that do not substantially alter the event will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Tickets & Seating

Please check your booking carefully before purchasing, particularly the event date, ticket quantity and seating selection.

For reserved seating events, seating changes after purchase cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.

Please keep your tickets safe and do not share copies or ticket barcodes publicly.

Late Arrival & Non-Attendance

Please arrive with enough time to enter the venue before the performance begins. Late admission may be delayed until a suitable break in the performance.

Refunds are not available for missed performances or non-attendance.

Conditions of Entry

Patrons are expected to follow reasonable directions from venue and event staff. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons where necessary for safety or because of seriously disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have checked your booking details and agree to these terms and conditions.
