By purchasing a ticket for the Wiggles World of Dance 3-Week Introductory Experience at Fanci Footwork Dance & Cheer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment
Full payment of $35 per participant is required at the time of booking via TryBooking.
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specific session time selected at checkout.
Spaces are limited to ensure a quality experience for each child.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
As class numbers are strictly capped, refunds are not available for change of mind or missed sessions.
In the unlikely event that Fanci Footwork Dance & Cheer cancels a session, a make-up class or refund will be offered.
If your child is unwell and unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at reception@fancifootwork.com.au

3. Attendance and Participation
This experience includes three consecutive weeks of Wiggles World of Dance classes (starting from 11th Feb and finishing 28th February 2026).
Each visit includes both Ballet and Hip Hop class for Rising and Shooting Stars OR one class per week of Twinkling Stars Grown-up and me.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for Twinkling Stars (Parent & Me) classes.
For Rising Stars and Shooting Stars, parents are encouraged to wait in our comfortable waiting area unless invited into the classroom.

4. Safety and Wellbeing
Fanci Footwork Dance & Cheer is a Child Safe Organisation. All staff hold current Working With Children Checks and follow approved child-safe practices.
Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothing suitable for movement and brings a labelled water bottle.
Parents/guardians are responsible for promptly collecting children at the conclusion of each class.

5. Photography and Media
Photos and short video clips may occasionally be taken in class for internal training or promotional purposes.
By booking, you consent to your child being included in such media. If you prefer your child not to appear, please notify us in writing prior to your first class.

6. Transition to Full Enrolment
This introductory experience provides a short-term trial of the Wiggles World of Dance program.
Participants may choose to upgrade to full enrolment after the trial, gaining access to all program inclusions such as uniforms, milestone rewards and participation in studio events.

7. Communication
All communication regarding class reminders, updates and weather cancellations will be sent via the parent contact email provided at booking.
