Tables Policy:
No tables can be held or reserved - please make sure group bookings are made together or at the same time to ensure no one else books on your desired table. All tables are tables of 10 seats and there are a small amount of tables of 16 seats. Additional seats may be able to be added to tables of 10, subject to approval by the reception centre (for example if you need a table of 11) - Please contact our organisers so we can ask the venue to see if this will be possible.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
Cancellations and refund requests are permitted up to 01 May 2026. To request a cancellation, please contact the event organiser in writing before this date. After 01 May 2026, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the organisers. In such cases, refunds may only be granted if the event venue is able to refund catering costs to the organisers relating to your ticket. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
