Webinar Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place in the webinar.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Access details for the webinar will be provided after payment has been received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by providing written notice prior to the event.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or non-attendance.
If the webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered a transfer to a new date, or a full refund.

3. Recording and Access
Webinars may be recorded for educational and professional learning purposes.
By registering, you consent to the possibility of your participation (such as questions or comments) being included in recordings.
Recordings, where offered, are for registered participants only and must not be shared, distributed, or uploaded to public or private platforms.
Recordings are offered for 12 months only through enrolment in Birdwings Forest School's New Zenler site.

4. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, including slides, recordings, resources, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of the organiser.
Materials are provided for personal professional learning only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial training or delivery without written permission.

5. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Reliable internet connection
- Compatible device and software
- Ability to access the webinar platform

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant’s side.

6. Participant Conduct
We are committed to creating respectful, professional learning environments.
The organiser reserves the right to remove participants who engage in:
- Disruptive behaviour
- Harassment or discriminatory conduct
- Inappropriate use of chat or discussion features

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

7. Disclaimer
Webinar content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. It is not individual advice.
Participants are responsible for applying learning within their own professional context, policies, and regulatory requirements.

8. Privacy
Participant information will be used only for registration, communication, and delivery of the webinar.
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
Participants who have signed up through Birdwings Forest School's New Zenler course platform to access courses and recordings are also listed on the mailing lists for Birdwings Forest School

9. Changes to Terms
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions where required. The most current version will apply at the time of registration.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
