REQUIREMENTS
Attendees must be dressed in comfortable clothing which allows for ease of movement.
All attendees must be in closed-toed shoes.
All attendees are required to provide their own food & drink for the day. This should include snacks, lunch & a drink bottle. No Nuts permitted into ADS venue
Optional: Attendees may wear or bring their favourite character costume or accessories.

DROP AND GO POLICY
There is no facility for parents, family or friends to stay and watch inside classrooms.

ARRIVAL (DROP OFF & PICK UP)
Parents/Guardians must sign attendee in and out of the workshop daily.
At sign-in, check over/confirm the Emergency Contact and other details.
If someone else will pick up your child, please inform us at drop off and write down details in the sign-in sheet.
Your child is expected to be picked up no later than the finish time.
No early drops off; doors open at 10:00am

MEDIA RELEASE
Participants may be photographed or filmed for marketing and archival purposes. If you do not wish your child's face to be published to social media/online or used for marketing materials, please inform Action Drama Studio upon enrolment into class.

PARTICIPANT ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Singing sessions featuring classics RATED PG.
Scripts and Improvisation .
Physical activities, games and rehearsals.
Themed inspired Art and Craft.
Possible Face Paint and Make Up application - please let us know if you'd prefer your child not to have this.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & LATE COLLECTION
Workshop places are strictly limited. Once a workshop has SOLD OUT, waitlist positions may be made available at the discretion of Action Drama Studio.
Cancellations to any confirmed booking will not be accepted once the program has started.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@actiondramastudio.com.au
Action Drama Studio is under no obligation to refund or credit any session a child does not attend.
Action Drama Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop and will offer a credit or full refund where applicable.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE
Action Drama Studio offers third party software to process payments for added convenience e.g. Stripe, PayPal, TryBooking. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of these services. These terms, including charges to customers by these companies, are outside of ADS’ control. ADS also absorbs charges from these services on their side. ADS does not add any of their own extra fees to customers for online or credit card payments.

HEALTH, MEDICAL & SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
You give permission for Action Drama Studio staff to administer appropriate medical attention/first aid in the event of an accident, incident or illness.
You agree and acknowledge that Action Drama Studio does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any child attending our programs.
If your child has a medical condition, dietary requirement or additional needs, you are responsible for providing a current Action Plan and/or supporting documentation prior to your child’s attendance.
If your child has an Action Plan that requires an Epipen to be administered, you must provide your own Epipen to the Service with details.
If your child is diagnosed as having Asthma and the Action Plan requires a Ventolin to be administered, you must provide your own Ventolin to the Service.
You agree that your child will not attend our programs if suffering from an infectious or contagious disease as identified by the Department of Health.
In case of accident or untoward incident, consent must be given by parent/guardian of student for any necessary medical treatment/services and they must agree to meet any expenses incurred.

PRIVACY
Personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation.

INCLUSION AND EQUITY POLICY
Action Drama Studio prides itself on providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for all members of our school community. We are committed to the fair and equitable treatment of all individuals regardless of their background or personal attributes. Bullying, harassment or any other forms of inappropriate behaviour targeting individuals based on their personal attributes may result in students being withdrawn from classes. Refunds cannot be guaranteed in regard to such a withdrawal and will be at the discretion of ADS. Please refer to our Inclusivity Policy, published on the ADS website for more information.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY
Action Drama Studio expects and encourages positive behaviour at all times, with an emphasis on creating a safe learning environment for all. If a Child, Adult Student or Parent presents a behavioural problem that is threatening to others (physically or psychologically), causes actual harm, or prevents other students from learning and enjoying their experience at ADS, this may result in withdrawal from class. Refunds cannot be guaranteed in regard to such a withdrawal and will be at the discretion of ADS. Please refer to our Behaviour Policy, published on the ADS website for more information.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
