Workshop Terms & Conditions

Impact that Stands Up workshop (the workshop) is delivered by Quality for Outcomes Group Pty Ltd (Quality for Outcomes).

By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration and Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
• Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

2. Participant Substitution
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute from your organisation at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the workshop.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because this is a limited-capacity, in-person professional workshop:
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund (less any TryBooking transaction fees).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness), Quality for Outcomes may offer a credit toward a future workshop at our discretion.

Non-attendance on the day does not entitle participants to a refund.

4. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by Quality for Outcomes
Quality for Outcomes reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the workshop at its discretion.

In the event of cancellation by Quality for Outcomes, registered participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.

Quality for Outcomes is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.

5. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, slides, tools, methodologies, and written resources, remain the intellectual property of Quality for Outcomes Group Pty Ltd.

Participation in the workshop grants the registered participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own professional practice within their employing organisation. No ownership rights are transferred.

Materials may not be:
• Reproduced or adapted for commercial purposes
• Distributed externally
• Shared beyond the participant’s employing organisation
• Incorporated into training, consultancy, digital tools, or commercial offerings
• Recorded, copied, or republished in any format

without prior written permission from Quality for Outcomes Group Pty Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a breach of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

6. Professional Conduct
This workshop is designed as a collaborative professional learning environment.
Quality for Outcomes reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Privacy
Participant information is collected for the purpose of administering the workshop, communicating relevant event details, and supporting your participation.

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

With your permission, we may also contact you about future workshops, tools, and offerings from Quality for Outcomes. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
