✅ Liability Waiver Agreement

By booking a ticket to the Thrift Queens Bus Tour, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I participate in this event voluntarily and understand it involves travel, shopping stops, light walking, and public group activities.

I understand that transport and venues are operated by third parties with their own public liability insurance.

I release Thrift Queens from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

I agree to follow safety instructions, including wearing a seatbelt on the bus.

I am responsible for my own belongings and purchases throughout the day.

I understand alcohol is not permitted on the bus. VIP tickets include one complimentary drink at lunch.

I consent to being photographed or filmed during the event for promotional use unless I notify Thrift Queens in writing beforehand.

I understand ticket cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund or credit. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

I give consent for my name, email, and phone number to be collected and used for event communications and future marketing by Thrift Queens. My information will never be sold or shared.
