1. Ticket Purchase
Each ticket admits one guest to the Flavour of Fire Degustation and includes all food and beverages as specified for the event.
2. Refund Policy
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date.
50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
3. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. The event organiser must be notified of the name change prior to the event.
4. Marketing Communications
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be added to our marketing email list to receive updates, promotions, and future event information. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
5. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or menu if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
