By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:

Transport Requirement
• This is a bus-transported event. There is no self-drive option.
• All ticket holders must board and return via the designated event bus.
• Attendees must be able to safely board and alight from the bus independently or attend with appropriate assistance.

Accessibility & Terrain
• Access to the gallery includes walking along a natural rock pathway with uneven and potentially loose surfaces.
• Attendees should have a reasonable level of mobility and are strongly encouraged to wear enclosed, stable footwear suitable for outdoor terrain.
• Low or high-heeled shoes are not recommended.

Health & Safety
• Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety while moving around the venue.
• Please follow all instructions provided by event staff, gallery staff, and bus operators.

Alcohol Service
• Complimentary drinks will be provided. Responsible service of alcohol applies and service may be refused where appropriate.
• This event is strictly 18+. Entry may be refused to anyone unable to provide valid identification if requested.

Ticket Transfers & Refunds
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferred with appropriate notice by contacting the event organiser.
• Details of the new ticket holder must be provided prior to the event, including:
o Full Name
o Email Address
o Phone Number
• Entry may be refused if transfer details have not been provided and confirmed.

Event Communication
• Bus pickup locations and departure times will be emailed to ticket holders prior to the event. Please ensure your booking email address is correct.

Changes or Cancellation
• In the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, the event may be modified, postponed, or cancelled. Ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
