By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds will be provided for change‑of‑mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, or failure to attend the event.
• Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if the event is cancelled or significantly changed (for example, date, venue, or main performer).
Sold‑Out & Waitlist Policy
• Once the event is sold out, no further tickets will be available.
• A waitlist may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
• Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee ticket availability.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility if tickets do not become available.
Ticket Transfers
• Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event by notifying the organiser.
Liability & Attendance
• Attendance is at your own risk.
• The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event or transport.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, including weather, government restrictions, or third‑party service providers.
Transport Disclaimer
• Bus transport is provided as part of the event package.
• Pick‑up and return times are approximate and may vary.
General
• This event is subject to venue conditions and responsible service of alcohol laws.
• By attending, you consent to event photography and promotional use of images.
• These Terms & Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
