Wolves Junior AAU Tour – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Open to male and female athletes aged 10–14.
Selection is based on skill, attitude, coachability, and development potential.
Only athletes officially selected through trials may participate.

Selection & Invitations
Exceptional performers may be flagged and invited to return for the summer AAU circuit.
Participation in the July 2026 (July 3rd - 16th) tour may influence selection for future seasons.
The Wolves reserve the right to make final selection decisions.

Travel & Accommodation
Travel arrangements are to be confirmed closer to the event.
Meals are not included; families are responsible for meal costs.
Flights, travel visas, and travel insurance are not included in the tour price and must be arranged by families.
Minimal downtime is provided, with supervised rest and recovery.

Supervision & Safety
Athletic trainers will be available for injuries or emergencies.
Travel insurance is not included; families must arrange their own coverage.

Costs & Payments
Tour cost is $5000 USD
Additional costs may include tournament fees, extra activities, and personal spending money.
Payment plans are available, but full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the tour.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once registration is confirmed.

Uniform & Equipment
Each athlete will receive a uniform.
Personal branded apparel is not permitted during games or team activities.

Conduct & Responsibilities
Athletes must follow staff instructions and conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Parents are responsible for supporting communication, completing payments, and ensuring insurance coverage.

Media & Exposure
Games and training sessions may be filmed or live-streamed.
Selected athletes may gain exposure to scouts, talent evaluators, and FIA placement opportunities.

Changes & Updates
The Wolves reserve the right to modify schedules, coaching staff, and tour details as required.

Parents will be informed of any significant changes via the designated communication channels.
