Cancellation and Refunds
Any amendments and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser at angela.d'castro@health.wa.gov.au.
Cancellations received in writing before 20 May 2026 will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.00. Cancellations received after 20 May 2026 will not receive a refund, but substitute delegates are welcome without penalty.
