I have read the Terms and Conditions and
- I acknowledge that every child ticket booked must have at least one adult ticket booked. If this requirement is not met, the tickets will be cancelled and refunded.
- I confirm that I have included details of the accompanying adult as require (if applicable).
- I acknowledge that children must be supervised by their parents/caregivers at all times during the event.
- I acknowledge that attendees must remain in the designated event area, which is the Main Bottom Oval.
- I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to this, I will notify the Event Organiser in writing before the event.
- I acknowledge, no one is allowed to access Singleton Oval, K Block, or any other area of the school grounds except for the toilet facilities between J & D Block.
- I acknowledge that the school playground is not supervised by Indooroopilly State School Staff or P&C Volunteers.
- I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the playground and release and indemnify Indooroopilly State School, its staff, P&C volunteers, and associated entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from my or my child's use of the playground.
- By purchasing a ticket, I agree to receive event-related information via email from the Event Organiser.
- If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind cancellations, as this is a fundraising event.
- I understand that Indooroopilly State School and the Event Organiser accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
- I agree to follow all event rules and directions from the Event Organisers, School Staff and P&C Volunteers.
- Any attendee found engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
