CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• This is an all weather event and will be held rain, hail or shine, with no refunds available for inclement weather.

• The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute venues and to vary the program should the need arise. No refunds will be made in this case.

• If the event is cancelled by an act of God, or any other reason outside of our control, there is no right of refund or exchange, nor any obligation to arrange a substitute event.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason within our control. In this case, you will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket purchased.


ENTRY CONDITIONS

You consent to be included in any photography, film and/or sound recordings of the event or its surrounds and for these recordings to be used by us for any future event marketing and promotional purposes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
