Event Organiser Terms and Conditions
• Tickets are non-refundable. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please notify the organiser of the name change prior to the event.
• Signed books are allocated based on ticket type and cannot be exchanged after the event.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the event from proceeding (e.g. venue closure or organiser illness), ticket holders will be notified and a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
• Bookings close at 5:00pm on Friday 17 July 2026. No tickets will be available at the door.
• Entry includes morning tea and a small gift bag. Catering quantities are based on confirmed bookings.
• Please contact the organiser prior to the event if you have specific accessibility requirements.
• Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please advise the organiser on arrival if you prefer not to be photographed.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
