Terms & Conditions
By booking an event or tour ticket, you acknowledge that the terms and conditions are understood and accepted
by you.

Bookings are non-refundable. However, in the event that we cancel the event due to insufficient numbers, or any other
reason, you will be offered a substitute date or a full refund.

You agree to receive information about the event or tour by email.

Personal and/or travel insurance is not included with your booking. It is recommended that you take out your own
insurance to fully protect against any unforeseen events of any nature that may occur.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Inclusions are as listed and any other activities, meals, drinks or items of a personal nature are your responsibility.

The
cost of travel to and from the venue or the pick up/drop off location (as the case may be) is not included.

We arrange events and tours on the condition that we are not liable for any damage, injury or loss that may occur due to
accident, delay, irregularity or defect of equipment or vehicle. The tour itinerary is a guide only, and although we will
make every effort to adhere to the program, we reserve the right to make changes as necessary.

Departure and arrival times are provided as a guide only and we will not be liable for failure to meet exact times.

We must be notified of any special meal requirements at least one week prior to the event. We cannot guarantee special
meal availability at all venues, however, will do our best to cater to individual requirements. We will not be liable for
providing special meals if you have not notified us of your requirements.

You acknowledge that you are able to undertake the activities including in the event or tour that you are booking.
You undertake to conduct yourself in a manner conducive to positive group dynamics. This includes listening to your
host and adhering to requests regarding matters such as seating arrangements, return to transport in a timely manner
and any safety measures required. You will not act in a manner that threatens or disrupts the safety or enjoyment of
others. You will not engage in illegal, offensive or undesirable behaviour. The host reserves the right to request and
insist that you leave the event or tour if deemed appropriate or necessary. You will not be entitled to a refund of any
portion of your ticket, whether used or unused. We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result of your ticket being terminated, including transportation.

Our events and tours may include the services of other operators or instructors who are not our agents, servants or
employees. All such providers are referred to as suppliers. Suppliers are not under our direct control. Whilst we take all
reasonable care in selecting our suppliers, we cannot and do not take responsibility for the conduct of the suppliers, their
servants and agents, or for any ramifications of that conduct. We cannot accept liability for any injury, damage, loss,
accident, delay, sickness or irregularity which may be occasioned by any supplier or their employees.

Our tours may include the use of facilities such as restaurants, public toilets, parks and the like which may also be
accessed by other users and members of the public at the same time. We cannot accept any responsibility for the
cleanliness and safety of such facilities and/or the actions of other users.

We are not liable for lost or damaged personal property brought with you to an event or tour. It is recommended that
you take out your own insurance to fully protect against any such loss or damage.
If a problem occurs during your event or tour, please advise your host as soon as possible so that steps can be taken to
resolve the matter.
