Terms and Conditions:Due to the tight schedule of the day, please arrive 10 mins prior to your allocated time slot. Please allow additional time to find parking to ensure you make your session time, there is a small amount of parking at the back of the library and ample street parking.

Please have your works unwrapped on the allocated table outside the studio where we are photographing, ready to be photographed prior to your session start time.
Artworks requiring a flat lay, need to be communicated at the time of booking to fatografi@gmail.com
Artworks above 1000mm can not be accommodated on this day.

Images will be photographed on a white backdrop.
Up to three x 3D artworks to be photographed per 15 minute time slot, any additional works will require the artist to book an additional 15 minute slot on the back of first session.
Image delivery will be via We Transfer, within 3 working days of your session.
Within the file, there will be two folders, one will contain full resolution files for print purposes, the other will contain a full resolution file for web use, along with a 50% size version for web use (perfect for social media).

No refunds are available for late or no-shows.
Credit for the next photo session day will be available in the case of postponement in writing up to 24 hours prior to your session time.
In the unlikely event that fatografi or kil.n.it need to postpone the session day, a refund or credit option will be available.
