TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THEATRE TICKET BOOKINGS

1. General Terms
By purchasing a ticket through our website, authorised agents, or box office, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket purchases for performances, events, and productions.

2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified at the time of purchase.
- It is your responsibility to ensure ticket details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors once a booking has been completed.

3. No Refunds Policy
- All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Refunds will only be issued if a performance is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.
- Change of mind, illness, lateness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

4. Event Cancellations or Changes
- We reserve the right to alter the program, cast, seating arrangements, or performance schedule due to unforeseen circumstances without notice.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via their provided contact details and offered either a rescheduled date or a refund.

5. Admission and Conduct
- Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone causing a disturbance, using recording devices, or behaving unlawfully.
- Proof of age or concession status may be required for discounted tickets.

6. Lost or Damaged Tickets
- Replacement tickets may be issued at our discretion if proof of purchase can be verified.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
