Refund Policy - If you change your mind or are unable to attend on the day, there will be no refunds. However, you will still receive all the attendance gifts and handouts that you would have received, if you had attended in person. We will contact you after the event to confirm your mailing address and then send your gifts via post.

Dinner - If you have purchased a combined Main Event & Dinner ticket, and you can't attend the Dinner on the night, a refund for this amount may be possible, if enough notice is given. Please contact Heidi as early as possible if you need to cancel the Dinner part of your ticket.

Ticket Transfers - In certain circumstances you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact Heidi to discuss this option.

Cancellation Policy - If, for any reason this event is cancelled, we will do our best to organise a full refund for you (less unavoidable costs) or provide you with an alternative event on the same day.
