- All ticket sales (including Early Bird and General Admission) are final and non-refundable. Tickets are also non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other classes, events, or services.
- As this is a one-day event with limited spots, planning and costs are confirmed based on the number of participants attending. As a small business, this policy helps ensure the event can run as planned.
